Location:

Hollingworth Lake is on the Pennines in Littlebough near Rochdale.

Directions:

From Manchester you join the M60 at your nearest point and procede to join the M62 in the direction eastwards towards Rochdale. Continue to junction 21 (the Milnrow exit), you then leave the motorway and join the A663 to Milnrow. At the first set of traffic lights turn right into Milnrow, 100yds at the mini roundabout turn left and travel across the B6225 towards Hollingworth Lake. At the next mini roundabout turn right and the road takes a sharp left past the Beach Hotel. The car park and the Rowing Club are 200yds on your right.
If you are travelling from the Yorkshire side of the M62 join it at your nearest junction and procede west until you reach junction 21 and follow the instructions as above.
